Dan has spent almost 50 years in the pawn industry, building a reputation for honesty, knowledge, and treating every customer with respect. In 1989, he opened West Maui Gold & Loan in Lahaina, where he proudly served the West Maui community for more than three decades. As the business continued to grow, Dan expanded by opening South Maui Gold & Loan in Kihei with Penaia, continuing a tradition of honesty and fairness. Together they now run Central Maui Gold and Loan, their family owned pawn shop Maui.
